Return and Refund Policy – HelloHomie

At HelloHomie, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our return and refund policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Right to Cancel – 14-Day Return Window

You have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving your goods – for any reason and without justification.

To start a return, please contact our support team at hellohomie@myyahoo.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

  • Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our team

Important: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as "sale” or “non-refundable”

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, a full refund (including standard delivery charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Refunds do not include any upgraded shipping options chosen at checkout.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo and your order number to hellohomie@myyahoo.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
